Let's change Murcia bet to advance in the remunicipalization of the contract of the City Council with Tribugest (14/02/2019)

The councilman of Cambiemos Murcia Sergio Ramos has said he does not agree with the City Council's decision to withdraw the penalty to Tribugest - concessionaire of municipal tax management - for not complying with the specifications, and has defended the need to continue investigating this contract because "all indications suggest that the municipal coffers would win" if the service were remunicipalized.

After taking part this morning in the meeting of the Special Commission of Surveillance of the Contracting, Ramos has shown his disagreement with the report that paralyzed the sanctioning process to Tribugest because he considers that the notifications are not a fundamental part, because for the councilor of the municipal training "if we start from an analysis of the contract we extract that it is a fundamental aspect and without it, none of the ends of the service can be provided ".

In fact, for Ramos, the incidence of Tribugest for outsourcing the service of notifications that citizens receive to another company, Unipost, thus failing to comply with the agreements included in the specifications, "had to have been studied beyond the formal" .

The mayor has pointed out that tax management should be remunicipalized, that is, return to be a service managed from the municipal public sphere, because the finances of the City Council "would win" and, in this sense, he insisted that his training "will continue working for the Plenary to declare the remunicipalization of this contract ".

The PP calls two years late

In addition, Ramos has reported that the meeting this morning "comes two years late" and the pressure of opposition groups, because the PP "the only thing he has done has been blocking work," which will assume that Many of the large contracts can not be investigated due to lack of time.

Therefore, Murcia Change has proposed to develop a calendar so that from here to May, the month in which the municipal elections will be held, the Commission is "as operational as possible" and can effectively exercise its oversight function.
