The City of Murcia finances the project "Support for the Consolidation of Entrepreneurial Initiatives" of the Red Cross with € 90,000 since 2016 (07/02/2019)

65 Companies in the town of Murcia have benefited from this consolidation project in the last 3 years, 43 of them being led by Women

The objective of the project is to guarantee the survival in the medium term of the companies created with the Enterprise Development Initiatives Project: Impuls @ support for Self-employment and Microcredits, through business advice, tutoring and financial support for the initiatives launched.

In recent years, self-employment has expanded as an essential alternative for people, and in particular people with social difficulties, who are the most barriers and difficulties in their access to the labor market.

However, the difficulties that these people have to launch their business project and consolidate it are diverse and not only economic but also ignorance of the labor market, social needs, the demands of the population, barriers in the access to information, ignorance of the legal modalities of self-employment and what it means, in general, to be "entrepreneur" in our country, of the administrative difficulties for the start-up, for the request of a non-repayable aid , training in business management, help with procedures, how to improve the business I have, how to increase my client base at the moment or diversify it, ...

It is analyzed exhaustively what are the causes, characteristics that have allowed businesses to survive entrepreneurs started or what difficulties have to consolidate them, and from the Project 'Support for the Consolidation of Entrepreneurial Initiatives' funded by the City of Murcia , support is offered through financial aid to work on the key aspects that are needed for the consolidation of the initiatives, all through an assisted management service and continuous on-site, telephone and telematic learning to establish a consolidation plan accompanying to the enterprising people in the doubts, requirements and difficulties identified in the study.

The typology of economic aid consists of rental and conditioning of the premises, costs of publicity and RRSS, computer equipment, machinery and necessary stocks, up to payment of RETA fees and aid for family reconciliation.
