The Network Soccer Tournament for Inclusion begins on Friday, February 8 (01/02/2019)

It will end on Friday, April 12 and there will be more than 50 games in 7 days.

A total of 150 people will participate, with entities such as Red Cross, Diagram Foundation with Heliotropos Project, Murcia Acoge, Cepaim, Accem, Proyecto Hombre and Feafes

Felipe Coello, Councilor for Sports and Health, Conchita Ruiz, Councilor for Social Rights and Development Cooperation and Manuel Abellan Ros, coordinator of the Treatment and Damage Reduction Area of ​​the La Huertecica collective, presented this morning the V Network Soccer Tournament for Inclusion.

The tournament will start next Friday, February 8 and end on Friday, April 12.

It will take place in the sports facilities of José Barnés, with hours from 10:00 to 12:00.

In total, 150 people will participate, with entities such as the Red Cross, Diagram Foundation with Heliotropos Project, Murcia Acoge, Cepaim, Accem, Proyecto Hombre, Feafes and La Huertecica, as the organizing entity.

The referees are part of the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia.

More than 50 football matches will be held in this league.

There will be 7 days, on 8 and 22 February, 8, 22 and 29 March and 5 and 12 April, and each of them will play between 4 and 8 games.

The main objective of the celebration of this tournament is to promote processes of social integration and improvement of the quality of life of people in exclusion or risk of social exclusion, reducing their isolation, improving their self-esteem and strengthening their personal resources through group activities of leisure, participation and meeting with society.

Felipe Coello stressed that "this tournament represents the improvement, effort and teamwork, values ​​that are fundamental in life to move forward and that are reflected in all sports. all the participants ", Conchita Ruiz also points out that" this type of initiatives break barriers, we bet for inclusion and for sowing illusion and well-being among the people who need it most, strengthening their weaknesses ".
