The Regional Federation of Students Murcianos Feremur, majority and representative of 75% of the associated students of secondary education in the Region of Murcia vindicates this measure of a social nature within its campaign "Seal of confidence Feremur" for the improvement of Education.

Feremur has held a meeting with the delegate Councilor for Education, Heritage and relations with the University of Murcia City Council, Rafael Gómez, to which the following demands have been transferred:

The recognition of the celebration of November 17 as the student's day, to recognize and value the different educational centers of the municipality, in addition to the creation of a student participation forum, with this initiative seeks to strengthen the spaces of student participation, highlighting the importance of the opinions of this establishment to improve the educational task, and promote the exercise of a critical and responsible citizenship among students.

The importance of it lies in taking information about the different benefits that students have, generating meeting spaces, defending rights and improving educational quality, according to a statement from the Federation.

To conclude, the Student Federation requests the creation of a program for the promotion of associations among students of the centers of the municipality of Murcia.
