Mario Gómez presents this initiative for the constitution of a Permanent Water Commission with representation of all the political groups, local technicians, professionals of the area, administrations and organisms involved in the matter

The spokesman of Cs, Mario Gómez, will defend a motion in the Plenary on Thursday urging the local government to, as soon as possible, set up a Permanent Water Commission for the creation of a plan to reduce the risk of flooding and use of the water in which the political groups that form the municipal corporation, local technicians, professionals of the area, administrations and organisms related to the matter are represented.

Whenever it rains in Murcia - with relative intensity or continuity - some urbanizations, neighborhoods and districts are affected by the lack or deficiencies of infrastructure that allow the proper drainage of streets and roads.

This is what happens -to mention some examples- in the streets of Espinardo, Churra, El Palmar, Sangonera La Vede, La Alberca, Beniaján and a long etcetera.
