Change Murcia claims the CARM to control compliance with the law of transparency in the City (23/11/2018)

However, in the Region of Murcia, the Legal Council decided that its 45 municipalities are exempt from complying with the basic state regulations, so that the citizens of this autonomous community "are in a situation of inequality in relation to the rest", what is "a violation of the right to equality" included in the Constitution.

Ramos has insisted that although Murcia has been recognized for its high standards by Transparency International, the reality is that "they can not be verified by the Transparency Council", which has had to reject requests referring to the right of access to the information presented by citizens of Murcia.

The legal group Las Vías brought this situation to the attention of the central government, which has urged the opening of procedures to adopt the necessary measures aimed at guaranteeing equality and the right to information of the population of the Region of Murcia. protection of a report of the State Advocacy.
