The UMU professor Germán M. Teruel offers a lecture on the reasons for reforming the Spanish Constitution (22/11/2018)

Germán M. Teruel Lozano, professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Murcia, offers this Friday, November 23, a lecture entitled 'The Spanish Constitution 40 years later: Reasons for its reform and some suspicion about its timing'.

The event will take place at the Cehegín House of Culture, at 8:00 p.m.

This paper is part of the activities of 'Cehegín Cultural 2018. 40 years of Constitution' in which the Permanent Headquarters of the UMU in that municipality collaborates.
