The Governing Board has approved the project for hiring, with a budget of 50,004 euros
It has also given the green light to the renovation works of the plaza of the Church of the Holy Cross of El Puntal
The Governing Board has approved the project and the list of administrative clauses for the contracting of works related to the execution of a sidewalk in the Mayor Street of Churra.
For the realization of this work, an amount of 50,004.42 euros has been set and an execution period of three months.
These works will allow improving the safety of pedestrians, installing a new sidewalk to link this section of 133 m².
It will have 85 m² of cobbled sidewalk and 97 m² of asphalt agglomerate pavement for pedestrians.
In this way, the district of Churra and Cabezo de Torres will be connected.
The sidewalk that is going to be executed is provisional, since it runs through urban sectors that are still undeveloped, being susceptible to modification once these are developed.
Due to this provisionality, it is paved with colored printed concrete.
It has also approved the contracting of the renovation works of the plaza of the Church of Santa Cruz in El Puntal, for a maximum price of 52,484.67 euros.
The term of duration will be three months, counting from the date of the act of verification of redefinition, which will be issued within a maximum period of one month from the date of formalization of the contract.
Specifically, the cobblestone will be renewed, replacing the pavement, on a surface of 330 m².
The tree stands will also be expanded, conserving the existing trees and improving the accessibility of all the neighbors.
