The contracting table studies the proposals received for the Terrazas del Río and the adaptation of the left margin (13/11/2018)

In this case, five of the 16 merchants that compete in the tender for the left-bank project have to solve some aspect of their environmental management project.

And in the same situation there are 3 companies that bid for the project of new access to the river.

They have a period of 24 hours to respond to the request.

The project for the adjustment of the left bank has a budget for contract execution of 797,433.34 euros, 80% of which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union, within the framework of the Program Operative of sustainable growth 2014-2020, with the DUSI Murcia IT Strategy: Innovation + Tradition.

Las Terrazas del Río, which has received 15 offers, has a maximum budget of 3,752,091 euros and a term of one year.

In a similar case, tenderers of the maintenance, collection and registration service, access control and cleaning of sports facilities are found.

Distributed in four lots, 4 proposals have been registered in 3 lots and 5 in lot 3, and have a day to correct errors in the documentation.

The amount of the contract amounts to 12,487,866 euros.

Also, the Contracting Committee has studied the preparation of the remains of the Molino de la Pólvora and its surroundings, in Rincón de Beniscornia, whose contracting procedure was initiated but had to be interrupted to modify the project after appearing archaeological remains of interest .

This incident has forced to desist from the current tender, draft a new modified project and submit it again for approval by the Governing Board.

On the other hand, the Contracting Committee has resolved to propose the award of the supply of 300 internal bulletproof vests and 300 custom outer bags destined for Local Police to the company Guardian Homeland Security SA The agreement will be formalized as soon as the required documents are presented.
