The University of Murcia begins this Monday the activities of the University Welcome 2018/2019.
The program includes more than fifty cultural activities, sports, solidarity, play, training and those that promote a healthy lifestyle and environmental sustainability;
all under the umbrella of the four values ​​that define the University of Murcia: commitment, dialogue, respect and responsibility.
The University Welcome is an event that allows you to know, in just a few days, everything that the University of Murcia offers its university community and society.
The program includes exhibitions, visits to the Aquarium, an 'escape room' session, monologues, visits to Terra Natura, cinema previews, theater, sports tournament, a university career, informative workshops of non-governmental organizations, guided night tour of Murcia: 'Stories and legends', and scientific conferences, among many other things.
One of the main activities will also be the Welcome-Estrella de Levante concert, which will be held on October 26 with MGMT, Casa Azul and Nunatak as invited groups.
The BUM - University Welcome is coordinated by the Office of the Vice-Rector for Students with the collaboration of the teaching centers, the university services, the student associations and the Student Council of the University of Murcia.
