The SEMAS attends this week to 9 homeless people within the'Opera calor' The device set up by the Department of Social Rights and Development Cooperation seeks to alleviate the physical consequences of exposure to high temperatures, providing (15/07/2018)

Nine homeless people have received street attention this week from the Mobile Social Service Emergency Service (SEMAS), within the "Operation Calor".

Of them, 7 are men and 2 women, natural of Spain -5-, Poland -1-, Romania -1-, Algeria -1- and Guinea -1-.

The Department of Social Rights and Development Cooperation, directed by Conchita Ruiz, intensifies the attention to people at risk of social exclusion in order to alleviate the physical consequences of exposure to heat.

The device, which is especially made around noon and in the afternoon, provides these people with fresh water, caps, information and guidance on public resources at their disposal.

They are responsible for carrying out this work teams of two people, composed of a social worker and a local police.
