The University of Murcia will implement the next year the Degree in International Relations, some studies that will prepare students for a professional career both in the private sphere and in companies with international activity.
The new degree will be taught at the Faculty of Tourism and will be integrated into the catalog of official degrees at the University of Murcia.
The ambitious curriculum will offer students a comprehensive training to understand the system of relationships in the world and facilitate career opportunities ranging from diplomatic career, work in international institutions, multinational companies or as an NGO development expert, between others
In this first course the University of Murcia offers 120 places of new entrance.
"The career is for those profiles of high school students and even graduates of other careers such as Economy, Law or Tourism who want to broaden their horizons and seek to develop themselves better from the perspective of the company and the administration in this increasingly globalized world. mission is for students to be the link of the Region of Murcia with the world, "says María Isabel Sánchez-Mora, dean of the Faculty of Tourism.
The academic program approved by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA) is structured in four major blocks: international economics, international law, languages ​​and development cooperation.
In addition, those enrolled will also acquire extensive knowledge in marketing, communication techniques, sociology and e-commerce and leadership, among others.
The Faculty of Tourism is the first university center in the Region of Murcia that teaches this degree in International Relations.
