The next Sunday, May 30 concludes the guided tours of the archaeological site of San Esteban.
The tours have been done during the entire month of May with reservation on the website www.yacimientosanesteban.es.
During the tour, attendees had access to the perimeter of the site.
The site of San Esteban is an archaeological excavation of large area (10,000 square meters) located in the old Garden of San Esteban has documented, to date, the evolution of the urban space from the Islamic period to the present.
The remains visible at this time relate mainly to the appearance of the Islamic quarter of the thirteenth century, with some elements belonging to the XII visible and even possibly late eleventh century.
