The councilman of Culture, Fátima Barnuevo and Museums Service chief, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, last night presented the book "Glimpses of the garden 'published by the Museum of the City and set out tables and texts on this site Murcia that have been part of the six exhibitions of 'Perspectives on the Garden' which has hosted this museum.
The presentation was attended by about fifty people, among which were some of painters whose works appear in the book, such as Martinez Mengual, Hurtado Mena, Manolo Pardo, Pina Norths, Falgas, Rafael Fuster ...
After the presentation, set up a conference in which the painters themselves indicated what the place expressed in the table, how it has evolved that area ...
Other paintings shown in the book are those of José María Sobejano, Pedro Sánchez Picazo, Luis Garay, Almela Costa, Barberán Muñoz, Joaquin, Alejandro Seiquer ...
All of them are accompanied by texts on Murcia and its garden Jouvin de Rochefort, Alvarez Hive, John Carr, Richard Ford, Samuel S.
Cook, Ramon Gaya, Sánchez Bautista, Juan Guerrero Ruiz ...
In total there are 152 pages in which the garden of Murcia includes both traditional images as texts.
This volume, of which 500 copies have been published, is available in any bookstore in Murcia from Friday, at a price of 20 euros.
