Murcia City Council ensures the consolidation and continuity of the Local Centre of the Municipality's Asomada.

It is an observatory to study the evolution of the urban municipality to anticipate the change process and problems arising from new social and economic realities.
It is an effective tool to improve municipal performance in the context of Cohesion Policy and the Urban Audit project of the European Commission.
The Observatory is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Urban Initiative, and included in the Operational Programme Feder.
The City will invest € 112,000.
The Centre came under the Micro Project, within the Equal Community Initiative.
Once the Micro Project management has been taken by the city of Murcia, and today it has awarded.
The City Centre Local Asomada handles the analysis of productive activity and labor market of the municipality, as well as its position on other areas and cities, studying the social and demographic processes, attending social cohesion and quality of life, analyzes and evaluates the environment and its changes and trends, access to services, mobility, development of civic culture and nature protection.
It also analyzes the association network, air quality, water, patterns of mobility, energy use and supply of culture and leisure.
The project includes annual reporting on the town socioeconomic studies on the evolution and changes in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit in relation to the city, and regular updating of a web site where you can observe the evolution of this initiative.
In addition, established cooperative relations with organizations and people related to the socioeconomic development of the municipality.
