The doctoral student at the School of Computer Cristina Sotomayor working on a system that would improve the performance of GPS and would be able to send and receive information from one vehicle to another.

The project idea is to create networks of wires to send immediate information on the traffic and the road, which could be useful in emergency situations and prevent traffic accidents.

The system, which would be similar to current GPS in terms of portability and design, upgrade and expand their opportunities.
